Cement-mortar Lining (CML) is applied into the interior of steel pipes and fittings, creating a smooth, dense and homogenous finish that protect the pipe from tuberculation and provides means of protection against corrosion.

  • Spinning method of lining application 
  • Belt lining machine for large-diameter pipes 
  • Trunnion machine for small diameter pipes
  • Standard diameters: 3 to 72 
  • Standard lengths: 6 to 16 m Fittings: 3 through 72 
  • Applied in accordance with AWWA C205

Thousands of kilometers of cement-mortar lined pipes have been supplied to various projects in the Kingdom for the following clients:

Cement-Mortar Lined Pipes are used for the following applications:

Cement-mortar Lining of Fittings

Fittings, in general, are lined using mechanical application of cement-mortar on tack welded wire mesh surface on the inside of steel fittings. Cement-mortar lining of small diameter is applied by hand.
